Zora Workspace Assistant

Private productivity assistance for Luxmana and its authorized business accounts.

Zora Workspace Assistant is an AI-assisted workflow tool operated by Luxmana Investments, LLC. It helps authorized users organize information and carry out approved work across Google Workspace. It is not a public sign-up service and is not a Google product.

What Zora helps with

• Read and summarize email, prepare drafts, and send approved communications.
• Review calendars, coordinate schedules, and manage authorized events and tasks.
• Find, summarize, create, and update authorized Drive files, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Read contacts and work with supported Google Meet space settings when needed.

Access by permission, actions by instruction

Each Google account connects through Google's OAuth consent process. Access depends on the permissions granted by that account and its organization's policies. Broad authorization does not mean unrestricted permission to act: sensitive actions require the user's approval or a specifically approved automation. Google Workspace administrator privileges are not part of this integration.

How information is processed

The assistant runs on managed infrastructure outside Google. Relevant content may be processed by configured AI and infrastructure providers to fulfill a user's request. Credentials are kept separately from website content. This is not a browser-only or Google-only processing service. Experimental email organization

A Gmail conversation-reconstruction feature is under development. It is intended to create a separate conversation from copies of selected historical messages, with originals preserved during initial testing. It is not yet a production feature. Google does not provide a direct API for moving existing messages into another thread; reconstructed copies may have different identifiers and threading behavior. Any future browser extension will have a separate, appropriately scoped authorization.
